You'll own and scale the reporting infrastructure across Redshift, dbt, and Tableau at a healthcare startup transforming care for complex needs. You'll build trusted, scalable datasets that drive leadership decisions. This role offers high ownership in a collaborative remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable data models using dbt in Redshift.
• Write complex SQL queries to transform and analyze large datasets.
• Own and optimize Tableau reporting layer and dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in analytics engineering or similar data role.
• Advanced SQL experience (2-5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with dbt including data modeling and testing.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar columnar database.

• Experience with healthcare or value-based care datasets.
• Familiarity with ELT workflows and orchestration tools.
• Python for data analysis or automation.
