You'll lead end-to-end client implementations of Diligent solutions, translating client goals into governance, risk, and compliance outcomes. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and own project communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

📋 Requirements

• Client-facing implementation or consulting project experience in SaaS or GRC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
• Confidence leading client workshops and training sessions.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with flexibility for in-person and remote client work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with governance, risk, compliance, internal audit or entity management processes.
• Prior exposure to Diligent products or similar GRC platforms.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior consultants or team members.
