You'll support all aspects of hotel purchasing for a fleet of expedition ships, managing vendors, orders, and invoices. You'll ensure timely delivery of provisions and equipment while maintaining accurate records. This role offers the chance to work with a pioneering travel company and collaborate with shipboard teams globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fulfill vessel requisitions for provisions and hotel equipment
• Create, approve, and send purchase orders to suppliers
• Coordinate fulfillment and delivery with vendors
• Manage invoice matching and discrepancy resolution

📋 Requirements

• Previous purchasing experience required
• Bachelor's degree in business or purchasing preferred
• Experience in food and beverage or hotel/restaurant purchasing preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Word

• Experience with MXP or other purchasing/inventory software
• Global sourcing experience
