💼 About This Role

You'll deliver comprehensive medical care to residents in skilled nursing and senior living settings. You'll work independently to manage complex conditions and build trusted clinical relationships while supported by a collaborative team. This role offers clinical autonomy and a focus on quality outcomes over volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide primary, urgent, and preventive care to residents.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct initial admissions and follow-up assessments.
• Collaborate with facility Medical Directors and interdisciplinary teams.

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s).
• Current national certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
• Clinical training in adult, family, or geriatric medicine.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, or post-acute care.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Prior experience in SNF, LTC, ICU, or Emergency Department.
