Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Ability to work onsite daily in a hands-on environment
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn
- Solid communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or process improvement
Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing or mechanical engineering tasks across production, quality, and process improvement
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities
- Participate in equipment setup, testing, validation, or maintenance tasks
- Collect data, document findings, and contribute to process updates or standard work
