You'll configure and administer people technology platforms like UKG Pro and Legion WFM, ensuring seamless team member experience across 280+ locations. You'll identify and fix broken workflows through automation and system configuration. This role sits at the center of our workforce technology ecosystem, directly impacting operations at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map current-state workflows and identify process breaks
• Administer and configure HRIS, WFM, and connected tools
• Build and execute test plans for system changes
• Design automation solutions using iPaaS platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience configuring People Technology platforms
• Fluency with an enterprise HRIS or WFM platform like UKG Pro or Workday
• Proven ability to map workflows and conduct process analysis with stakeholders
• Working knowledge of integration patterns: flat-file, API, or iPaaS

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools or prompt engineering
• Exposure to payroll integrations and data flows between WFM and HRIS
• Experience in high-growth multi-location retail or hospitality
