π― What You'll Do
- Own a defined supplier portfolio with full lifecycle accountability.
- Deliver data-driven outreach based on health scores and lifecycle milestones.
- Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with commercial acumen.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supplier experience.
π Requirements
- 3-6 years in customer success, account management, or renewals in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention impact.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
- Bachelorβs degree in business or equivalent experience.
