You'll lead a team of cloud platform engineers building scalable, secure infrastructure for high-volume SaaS platforms handling billions of annual requests. You will shape cloud architecture, drive operational excellence, and optimize costs while partnering with engineering, product, and finance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AWS infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize AWS-based environments including EKS/Kubernetes.
• Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD, GitOps, and observability.
• Partner with finance to implement FinOps strategies and manage cloud costs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience including 5+ managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD), CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
