You'll join a team that protects customers against life's uncertainties by handling inbound calls with professionalism. You'll take ownership of customer issues and escalate when needed. This role is fully onsite at our La Mesa office with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls in a timely manner with professionalism.
- Take detailed notes and provide information in Five9.
- Handle general question calls and refer to Dealer Notes.
- Escalate irate customers to supervisor as needed.
๐ Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience over phone or in person in automotive industry
- Strong computer skills navigating internet and conducting research
- Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and handle objections
โจ Nice to Have
- Strong understanding of ALDS contracts
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate multiple computer software programs
