You'll join the Success team at AssemblyAI, a fast-growing voice AI company, to onboard customers and integrate our models into their products. You'll drive customer usage and provide feedback to shape our product roadmap. This role offers outsized ownership in a lean, high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Evaluate customer use cases and identify voice AI integration opportunities.
• Lead commercial and project meetings to demonstrate our solutions' value.
• Drive growth in customer API usage across product offerings.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, or similar.
• Experience with SQL, Python, React, or web development frameworks.
• Ability to proactively identify voice AI integration opportunities.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats (software engineer, PM, account manager, support).
