You'll connect with government leaders to introduce modern AI and ERP solutions, generating qualified leads for Account Executives. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and mentorship in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll play a key part in transforming how communities are served.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities by assessing market trends and customer needs.
  • Become a product expert on OpenGov's cloud-based platform for the public sector.
  • Execute prospecting strategies to meet monthly quotas for demos and qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain high volume of prospecting calls and emails using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach.

📋 Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (including internships).
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills including G Suite and other business software.

  • Background in B2B SaaS, finance, budgeting, or accounting.
  • Previous experience with cold calling or in-person sales meetings.
