๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll maintain day-to-day contact with existing customers at scale, driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. You'll manage a high volume of customer renewals while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer value. This hybrid role is part of the Scaled Account Management team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with pooled accounts at scale.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion in low ARR accounts.
  • Provide weekly forecasts and monitor account data health.
  • Manage end-to-end renewal process to meet targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Some relevant experience in sales or customer success.
  • Proven success in monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.
  • Solid business acumen and tech-savvy ability.
  • Experience creating sales strategies inclusive of 3rd party solutions.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success Associate, or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills via various platforms.
