๐ผ About This Role
You'll maintain day-to-day contact with existing customers at scale, driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. You'll manage a high volume of customer renewals while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer value. This hybrid role is part of the Scaled Account Management team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with pooled accounts at scale.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion in low ARR accounts.
- Provide weekly forecasts and monitor account data health.
- Manage end-to-end renewal process to meet targets.
๐ Requirements
- Some relevant experience in sales or customer success.
- Proven success in monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.
- Solid business acumen and tech-savvy ability.
- Experience creating sales strategies inclusive of 3rd party solutions.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success Associate, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills via various platforms.
