Description

You will support the Specialty Contracting team at Oscar Health, focusing on negotiating and managing contracts with healthcare providers to establish and maintain a national ancillary network, including Single Case Agreements and Independent Dispute Resolution cases. You will analyze provider performance, optimize costs, and contribute to network stability and quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in provider network operations or contracting or provider services.
• 1+ years experience in Health Insurance and/or Healthcare industry.
• 1+ years experience navigating and organizing large datasets such as claim files.
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, focusing on favorable terms and compliance.
• Negotiate Single Case Agreements and Independent Dispute Resolution cases.
• Conduct reviews and analyses of provider contracts to identify improvements.
• Use data and analytics to inform negotiation and contracting decisions.
