You will lead a team that designs and delivers end-to-end process improvements to enhance employee experience. You'll set strategic priorities, embed AI and automation into People operations, and ensure delivery is tied to measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years in process optimization, business process reengineering, or operations with people leadership
- Deep expertise with DMAIC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies at scale
- Experience designing and operationalizing Service Catalogs
- Strong track record of prioritizing work using ROI analysis
- Technical fluency with AI and automation for enterprise processes
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the process optimization team
- Drive development and adoption of a standardized Service Catalog
- Define and track metrics to demonstrate progress and business value
- Act as primary partner to People, Finance, IT to align process initiatives
- Champion use of AI and automation to reduce manual toil
