You will lead a team that designs and delivers end-to-end process improvements to enhance employee experience. You'll set strategic priorities, embed AI and automation into People operations, and ensure delivery is tied to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in process optimization, business process reengineering, or operations with people leadership
  • Deep expertise with DMAIC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies at scale
  • Experience designing and operationalizing Service Catalogs
  • Strong track record of prioritizing work using ROI analysis
  • Technical fluency with AI and automation for enterprise processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the process optimization team
  • Drive development and adoption of a standardized Service Catalog
  • Define and track metrics to demonstrate progress and business value
  • Act as primary partner to People, Finance, IT to align process initiatives
  • Champion use of AI and automation to reduce manual toil
