You'll build product experiences that drive adoption of scientific AI across hundreds of thousands of scientists using Benchling. You'll blend strong technical skills and product intuition to optimize onboarding and create viral loops. This role offers a chance to rapidly iterate with customers in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end product experiences for AI adoption
• Work directly with customers on use cases and feedback
• Design and run A/B tests to identify activation levers
• Develop frameworks and tooling for growth experiments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building consumer-grade products
• Full-stack engineering with React and Python
• Growth and experimentation experience
• Instrumentation and analytics skills
