You'll lead people analytics and innovation for a technology-driven company, building AI-powered tools and predictive models from the ground up. Your insights will shape workforce planning and employee experience, directly influencing executive decisions. This role combines hands-on data science with strategic leadership in a high-ownership environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute the people analytics and innovation strategy.
- Design and deploy AI-powered tools and predictive models.
- Build executive dashboards and data visualizations.
- Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a small analytics team.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics.
- 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams.
- Expertise in Python and SQL for statistical modeling.
- Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
- Workday or Tableau/Looker/Snowflake experience.
