  • Define and execute the people analytics and innovation strategy.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools and predictive models.
  • Build executive dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a small analytics team.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics.
  • 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams.
  • Expertise in Python and SQL for statistical modeling.
  • Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Workday or Tableau/Looker/Snowflake experience.
