💼 About This Role

You'll join an account team to advise NYC local government customers on complex business challenges using Esri technology. Your core impact is crafting and proposing GIS solutions that bring business value. This role stands out with opportunities to present at conferences and travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships and support selling Esri software as part of the account team
• Become a subject matter expert in local government and ArcGIS technology
• Proactively craft solutions that demonstrate GIS business value
• Present technical demonstrations to technical and non-technical customers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, spatial analysis, and web applications
• 1+ years of experience working in or supporting local government
• Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, etc.)
• Experience in technical consulting and solution design with sales understanding

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to troubleshoot Esri application deployment and system architecture
• Experience integrating software with BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
• Programming experience with Python and JavaScript
