• Coordinate staffing workflows and interview scheduling in ATS.
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting using Excel.
• Serve as central contact for operational questions from field teams.
• Coordinate training logistics and communications for touring staff.
• Support vendor/agency coordination including invoice processing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding for high-volume roles.
• Experience with invoice processing or vendor management.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-3 years of concessions or touring experience.
• Experience with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
