💼 About This Role

You'll install and repair VFD systems for clients in the NY/NJ area, handling troubleshooting, commissioning, and on-site repairs. Your work ensures optimal performance of complex HVAC equipment for a growing commissioning firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, start-up, and commission multiple brands of VFDs
• Manage service department productivity and customer retention
• Maintain high-quality repairs and minimize callbacks
• Follow safety procedures and maintain awareness of personal safety

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with VFDs
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work from heights
• Strong working knowledge of three phase motors and control circuits
