🎯 What You'll Do
- Monitor sales calendar for last-minute cancellations and secure rebooking
- Execute 5-minute outreach for no-show prospects to reschedule demos
- Manage high-volume outreach to stale leads and dark accounts
- Audit AE/SDR interactions to ensure follow-up materials are dispatched
📋 Requirements
- Persistence to re-engage busy executives who have gone quiet
- Hyper-organization to live in CRM and calendar systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English for professional persuasion
- Outcome-driven mindset focused on recovery metrics
