You'll act as the Safety Net for our global sales squads, recovering canceled demos and re-engaging lost prospects. Your core impact is eliminating revenue leakage by mastering the Rebooking Cycle. You'll be the expert who turns missed meetings into rescheduled opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor sales calendar for last-minute cancellations and secure rebooking
  • Execute 5-minute outreach for no-show prospects to reschedule demos
  • Manage high-volume outreach to stale leads and dark accounts
  • Audit AE/SDR interactions to ensure follow-up materials are dispatched

📋 Requirements

  • Persistence to re-engage busy executives who have gone quiet
  • Hyper-organization to live in CRM and calendar systems
  • Exceptional communication skills in English for professional persuasion
  • Outcome-driven mindset focused on recovery metrics
