💼 About This Role

You'll lead ecology teaching across K-12 at a Miami Torah Earth School, integrating hands-on, experiential learning with real-world ecology experiences. Working closely with the Curriculum Head, you'll co-design lessons and immersive nature experiences that connect students directly to the natural world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach middle school Web of Life ecology/science classes through hands-on projects
• Co-design lessons and immersive nature experiences with Curriculum Head
• Support high school ecology through field-based immersions and ventures
• Track student progress and maintain academic documentation systems

📋 Requirements

• Degree in ecology or closely related field
• Strong understanding of ecosystems and human impact
• Experience teaching through project-based or outdoor learning
• Strong organizational and project management skills
