💼 About This Role

At BoxLunch, you'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience and training new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and ensure operational success. This role is part-time and onsite in San Juan, PR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store layout.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
