💼 About This Role

You'll own the Side Dish category (냉장/냉동 가공식품) within Coupang's Rocket Delivery, managing end-to-end P&L, sourcing, and brand partnerships. You'll drive category strategy and growth by analyzing market data and customer insights. This role offers direct impact on multi-billion dollar e-commerce operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage category P&L including sales, profit, and inventory
• Establish category strategy and discover/grow brands
• Build brand partnerships and negotiate business terms
• Oversee operational processes: product listing, inventory, pricing, promotions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in online retail or e-commerce
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and direct procurement
• Experience improving service/sales metrics through analysis and insights
• Ability to lead team engagement with flexible thinking and positive energy
