💼 About This Role

You'll lead execution of design and construction for large-scale EV charging sites, managing projects from development through commissioning. Your work directly enables the transition to electrified transportation by delivering critical charging infrastructure. You'll coordinate contractors, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring multi-fleet hub projects to life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end construction of EV charging sites from development to handoff.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management.
• Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Experience managing development or construction of new infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Procore, Smartsheets, and Confluence.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience influencing local utilities and AHJs to accelerate permitting.
• Ability to develop conceptual budgets from preliminary site plans.
• Experience with modular 'kit-of-parts' product selections for rapid deployments.
