You'll configure and optimize ServiceNow modules during a large-scale enterprise rollout, then transition to platform ownership. Your work will directly impact project delivery, field services, and operations. This role offers hands-on implementation experience across SPM, FSM, and integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain core ServiceNow modules (SPM, FSM, workflows).
• Translate business requirements into workflows, forms, and UI policies.
• Support UAT cycles, defect triage, and deployment.
• Collaborate on integrations with Salesforce, Dayforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
• CSA or CIS certifications
• Experience supporting new implementations or major module rollouts
• Strong configuration skills: workflows, business rules, UI policies, forms, ACLs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SPM or FSM modules
• Experience supporting UAT and phased enterprise rollouts
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and release management
