Description

You will work with Homes Leadership to develop and execute strategies to grow Airbnb's Monthly Stays offering globally, analyzing data and delivering strategic recommendations. You'll build tools, drive annual strategy planning, and manage a team of analysts to support regional partners and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in strategic roles, consulting, sales leadership or scaling global businesses
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales operations and enablement teams
  • Ability to take initiative and deal with uncertainties
  • Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
  • Attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
  • Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing startup environment
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Data driven, can-do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
  • Comfortable with Excel, SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual strategy planning process, including determining business upside and resources needed
  • Build tools and equip teams with relevant data support to make actionable decisions
  • Develop actionable business analysis - enable functional leads to provide consistent information
  • Assist leadership inquiries, providing data-driven insights quickly and accurately using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
  • Manage a handful of analysts to support local and regional partners with insights and decision making
  • Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders
  • Liaise with functional teams (comms, marketing) to provide business recommendations
  • Assist ongoing projects with progress tracking and measurement dashboards
  • Work with FP&A and Advanced Analytics to assess business performance and deep dive into areas of strength and weakness
  • Incubate / run special projects that can be proven and handed off for scaling
