You will design and implement 1:many programs for customers, partner cross-functionally, and optimize scaled success motions to drive retention, growth, and product adoption. You'll transform workflows with AI and deliver business reviews to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Community, Customer Education, Program Management, or Customer Marketing
  • Proven history designing and launching customer programs with measurable outcomes
  • Experience scaling programs to large numbers of customers
  • Experience in B2B SaaS/tech environment driving adoption and retention
  • Experience mapping and managing customer journeys

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement 1:many programs (group coaching calls, cohort learning experiences)
  • Partner with Community team to design customer connect events
  • Partner with Ops to design prioritization and measurement framework
  • Partner with CX to maintain digital-first human touchpoints in customer journey
  • Create business cases and financial impact assessments for change efforts
