You'll join Reflection's foundations team to build and operate core shared services for research and production. You'll ensure reliability through SLIs, SLOs, and on-call practices while reducing operational burden with better tooling and platform patterns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and operate shared services across research and production workflows
• Define reliability targets through SLIs and SLOs
• Develop APIs and SDKs for high-velocity experimentation
• Design container abstractions and multi-tenant isolation

📋 Requirements

• Strong background shipping production-grade systems
• Experience designing APIs or developer platforms for large-scale data or compute
• Comfortable with complex codebases and debugging hard problems
• Thrive in a high-agency startup environment
