You'll lead product strategy for the Flagship Group, owning the roadmap and execution of AI-powered real estate platform features. You'll shape the core product that thousands of agents use daily and drive high-impact initiatives from ideation to rollout. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for customer value and quality improvements across Presence.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with metrics and milestones.
• Run discovery to validate problems and de-risk solutions.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship reliable experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with 2-3 years leading 0→1 or revamp initiatives.
• Experience building AI-powered products including agentic workflows and LLM evaluation.
• Exceptional communicator who drives clarity and alignment across teams.
• Fluent in AI tools to multiply personal impact.
