You'll join the founding team to build core products including mobile apps and web platforms. Your work will directly drive AI-powered workforce solutions for the industrial supply chain. You'll collaborate with the CTO on key architectural decisions that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full stack development across frontend and backend applications.
• Architect real-time job matching and ML-powered worker vetting systems.
• Design scalable web and mobile apps, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Establish best practices for code reusability and performance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, and client-side state management.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Github Actions, and Datadog.
• Previous work in early-stage engineering teams.
