As a Lead Project Manager, you'll independently manage integrated projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency in a healthcare marketing agency. You'll own the full project lifecycle, prioritize tasks, track budgets, and foster collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4+ years project management experience, 2+ in pharma advertising or regulated environment
• Fluency with multiple interactive mediums including websites, banners, social media, emails
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of projects from pre-planning to final execution
• Develop and manage project plans, facilitating cross-discipline project execution
• Prioritize tasks, communicate deliverables, ensure budget and deadline adherence
• Maintain project documentation including status reports, timelines, and financial reports
• Track project estimates and actuals, identify budgetary concerns
