💼 About This Role

You'll lead inventory control operations for a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll ensure optimal inventory levels and accurate WMS/ERP transactions to support production. This role offers the chance to shape processes and mentor peers in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily cycle counting and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate WMS/ERP transactions for receipts, transfers, and kitting.
• Coordinate kitting of jobs to maximize production efficiency.
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory and surplus disposal.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated inventory control experience in manufacturing.
• Proven proficiency with MRP/ERP and WMS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Commitment to safety leadership and adherence to protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Forklift Operator certification.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role in a warehouse.
• Ability to write or update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
