Description

You will own the commercial segment for renewals across EMEA, collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Deal Desk to drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities. You'll build foundational processes and playbooks, negotiate contracts, and maintain a rolling 90-day forecast to maximize revenue retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years quota-carrying Post-Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management in SaaS
  • Solid understanding of SaaS applications and collaboration technology
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Negotiation skills and experience closing large, complex contracts
  • Self-motivated, proactive, thrives in ambiguity and fast-evolving environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive renewals process for commercial segment across EMEA
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer value and long-term success
  • Engage with decision-makers to identify requirements and uncover roadblocks
  • Maintain and report accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts with legal, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
