You'll turn Lovable's global builder ecosystem into a measurable driver of activation, retention, and brand strength. You'll build and scale programs like Ambassadors and Campus Leaders, recruiting local ambassadors and running recurring events. This role is for someone who has built and scaled community programs in fast-growing tech environments and cares deeply about empowering builders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global community program strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Expand Lovable into new geographies through program-led initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, sponsorships, and in-kind support.
• Develop scalable content systems highlighting builder stories and product use cases.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years experience in community, growth, marketing, or ecosystem roles within tech.
• Experience working with developer, AI, SaaS, or technical builder audiences.
• Strong operational mindset with focus on systems, playbooks, and measurable impact.
• Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack, forums) and community analytics tools.
