Description

Support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country. You will coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents, manage procurement and cost control, and foster positive relationships with owners, clients, engineers, and trade partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience as Field Engineer, Superintendent, or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent to support project success and safety/quality culture
• Mentor and develop Field Engineers
• Champion cost management, forecasting, procurement, and compliance with project requirements
• Assist Project Manager with commercial matters, change orders, and owner payment applications
• Generate weekly production reports and monthly project progress reports
