You'll build and improve key product journeys on Postman's Customer Journey team, from sign-up through onboarding and feature discovery. Your work will directly drive user engagement and adoption across individual developers, teams, and AI-assisted workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve key product journeys from sign-up through onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase
• Build and refine user experiences that help developers realize the value of Postman
• Design and implement features driving adoption of core platform capabilities across user types
• Use experimentation and analytics to inform decisions and validate impact

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building frontend or full-stack applications
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with modern frameworks like React or Next.js
• Track record of improving product experiences that drive user engagement and adoption

• Experience with full-stack TypeScript
• Experience working on B2B products or developer tools
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
