• Design and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Manage KPI frameworks and performance tracking systems.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of revenue and operational trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Sales, CX, and Operations.

📋 Requirements

• Program Management experience with planning, governance, and execution.
• Revenue forecasting skills including MRR/ARR and pipeline analysis.
• Salesforce reporting and data quality management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboard creation.
