You'll support the Data Science team at the intersection of Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science, working with transit agencies and internal teams to deliver data-driven insights. You'll create standardized metrics and compelling dashboards to answer business questions and drive impact. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and improve standardized metrics using dbt and AWS Glue
• Build data stories, visualizations, and dashboards from stakeholder feedback
• Serve as first responder for data discrepancy and freshness issues
• Translate business questions into data requirements for cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong SQL skills with data warehouse systems like Redshift or BigQuery
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in Data Science or related field
• Experience with geospatial analytics and spatial datasets
• Experience with large-scale time-series or mobility datasets
