You'll lead mechanical engineering for complex electromechanical products like the Pod, managing a team and driving cross-functional trade-offs across thermals, fluids, and sensing. You'll shape the hardware roadmap with executives and ensure successful product launches under aggressive timelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical engineering across full development cycle
• Manage mechanical, soft goods, and prototype engineers
• Provide technical leadership on cross-functional trade-offs
• Travel to Asia to ensure supplier delivery
• Shape and execute hardware product roadmap with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years developing complex electromechanical systems
• 2+ years managing mechanical and product design engineers
• Deep knowledge of injection molding, electronics integration, and mechanism design
• Experience scaling products to high volume production in Asia
• BSME or equivalent

• Proficiency in thermal engineering and fluid systems
