💼 About This Role

You'll lead core product engineering teams at Relay, a digital banking platform for SMBs. You'll partner with the VP of Engineering to scale the organization, align engineering with strategic product vision, and build the next generation of leaders. This role combines high-impact leadership with building systems that will power rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the product engineering organization as the team doubles in size.
• Own engineer growth, providing coaching and support for high-impact work.
• Evolve engineering practices to eliminate friction and raise quality bar.
• Partner with Product, Design, and business leaders to align engineering with mission.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful products at scale.
• Experience in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
