You'll master change management to ensure adoption across a distributed workforce while continuously improving processes and empowering your colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven Program Fluency: typically 4+ years managing complex programs in high-growth environments.
• High Agency Accountability: self-driven, prioritizes and tracks projects independently.
• Communication Range: can discuss strategy with senior leaders and coordinate logistics effectively.
• Tech Data Savviness: comfortable with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse) a bonus.
• Impact Mindset: excited by variety and opportunity for impact across talent management and culture initiatives.
