You'll serve as a strategic finance partner to R&D and corporate leadership, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You'll drive financial models for pipeline programs and clinical milestones, with high visibility and autonomy across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as strategic finance partner to functional leadership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Develop and maintain financial models for pipeline programs
• Prepare board- and executive-level materials and analyses

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience in biotech or life sciences company
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CPA preferred
• Oncology and/or immunology program experience
• Prior partnership with R&D leadership
