• Lead mobile team recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management
• End-to-end ownership of solutions design and development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product management, server groups, and core networking teams
• Design and implement enterprise platform solutions
• Research new technologies and adapt them for product use
