• Perform accurate data entry including forms and scheduling appointments.
• Answer calls, support dispatch, and manage day-to-day office operations.
• Follow up on invoices and manage basic admin support.
• Make outbound cold calls and conduct outreach for appointment setting.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven Sales Development Representative experience in B2C or B2B.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM like Jobber or GoHighLevel.
