Description
You will execute a strategic sales plan in the Southeast US territory, focusing on revenue growth and new customer acquisition for Neo4j, the graph intelligence platform. You'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage partnerships with cloud providers to drive growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years enterprise software sales with consistent track record exceeding targets
- Experience managing complex sales in Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, AI/ML fields
- Ability to independently develop and close new client relationships
- Deep understanding of commercial open-source and cloud/hybrid business models
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan targeting key organizations
- Deliver compelling demos and proposals articulating business value
- Lead complex sales cycles using solution-based and strategic selling approaches
- Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing new logos and expanding accounts
- Mentor BDRs and coordinate with Field Marketing on target accounts
