💼 About This Role

You'll lead a pediatric home care team while staying clinically engaged. You'll supervise nurses, ensure quality outcomes, and coordinate care with families and providers. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for advancement in a nonprofit organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and home health staff
• Complete initial patient assessments and develop care plans
• Conduct supervisory visits ensuring safe, family-centered care
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of nursing staff

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in Delaware
• 2+ years of Registered Nurse experience
• Trach and vent experience or willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits
