You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to navigate complex regulatory environments and help build honest financial products. Your core impact is enabling compliant product innovation while balancing business and customer needs in ambiguous scenarios. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials.
• Partner cross-functionally to address root causes of compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain compliance training and reference materials.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a compliance product advisory role within financial services.
• Experience with TILA (Reg. Z) and/or EFTA (Reg. E).
• Experience advising revenue-generating stakeholder groups like Product and Engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Compliance certifications a plus.
• Working knowledge of UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, TISA.
