💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement AI agent solutions for enterprise customer service, integrating Parloa's conversational AI platform with SAP systems. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of reliable, production-grade agent workflows, ensuring safe and predictable data flows between Parloa and SAP. This role combines deep SAP integration literacy with LLM and agent design expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and prototype conversational AI agents for SAP-backed use cases
• Build integrations between SAP systems and Parloa platform via APIs
• Fine-tune conversational flows and prompts for enterprise constraints
• Debug and validate agent behavior under real-world SAP conditions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles with conversation design and AI agent development
• Demonstrable SAP integration experience in live enterprise delivery
• Solid understanding of SAP APIs (OData, REST/SOAP) and authentication (OAuth2, SAP IAS/XSUAA)
• Proficiency with JSON/XML and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with SAP system integrators in delivery or presales roles
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and TypeScript/Node.js tooling
• Exposure to SAP AI Core or SAP Agent Builder
