You'll manage onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement at a remote-first Toronto startup modernizing insurance. You'll own systems and processes that ensure a great employee experience from day one. This role offers ownership of company-wide people programs and opportunities to improve core processes in a high-growth environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage employee data in HR systems for changes and compliance
  • Own onboarding and offboarding programs partnering with IT and Finance
  • Coordinate performance reviews, engagement surveys, and people programs
  • Plan and execute company social events and office activities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR or People Operations in a startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and compliance
  • Experience with onboarding, performance management, and policy administration
  • Must be located in Toronto and willing to work in-office 1-2 days per week

  • Experience using AI tools and workflow automations
