You'll oversee daily operations of transitional work crews for a leading reentry employment organization. Your leadership directly impacts individuals recently released from prison as they gain work experience. This role uniquely combines operational management with social impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Site Supervisors and support crew leadership
• Administer work assignments and ensure quality and timeliness
• Monitor job performance and productivity of staff and crew members
• Serve as liaison between CEO and worksite partners/customers

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams
• Ability to work flexible shifts and drive with valid license and reliable vehicle
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to organizational goals and continuous learning

✨ Nice to Have

• C27 Landscaping License highly preferred
• Lived experience of incarceration or justice involvement
